| "We Care" about E.M.S. in
Pennsylvania, is a program provided by Lynn Kolaja FIRE EQUIPMENT SALES, Inc. for our
customers with Horton Emergency Vehicles, Toyne Fire Apparatus, and U.S. Tanker. This program, along with the
establishment of our Emergency Vehicle Service Center located on Canadohta Lake Road,
south of Union City, is provided to enable our customers to continue responding to
emergencies using the most modern, up to date, fully maintained vehicles currently
available. "We Care" provides our customers with an "after the sale" service program on their new vehicle(s). This program includes annual Pennsylvania State Motor Vehicle Inspection, periodical oil, oil filter, and lubrication (every 5,000 miles), along with a complete check of all vehicle-related systems of your emergency vehicle (emergency lights, interior lights, door switches, inverter, suction, oxygen, heating and A/C systems, etc.). "We Care" also provides our customers with a "Loaner Ambulance" program should your ambulance be out of service for repairs due to mechanical failure of the vehicle or damage due to collision. (Vehicle must be out of service for a period of 24 hours or more, and customer must carry liability and collision insurance on the replacement vehicle.) "We Care" will be provided to our customers FREE OF CHARGE (excluding parts and emission testing) for a period of 5 Years or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first). Vehicles must be scheduled by appointment and delivered to the Service Center by the customer. Our toll-free number may be used to schedule appointments. "We Care" also provides for special discounts on products and supplies for the E.M.S.; products including but not limited to: Ferno Washington, Laerdal Medical, Life Support Products, Philadelphia Cervical Collar, Matrix, Hudson Oxygen Therapy, David Clark, and etc. "We Care" has a retail value of over $750.00 on the vehicle service portion alone; however, the policy may not be redeemed for any cash refund. We hope that you consider the value a regularly scheduled maintenance program can provide when you are making your decision on a new Emergency Vehicle. We feel that with the "We Care" program, we offer you the best Emergency Vehicle on the road, and the best service from your dealer. |
